CAS Digital Construction 1 – Tender and development

This course empowers participants to develop visionary strategies for organizational growth, facilitating targeted digital transformations and maximizing the potential of digitalization. Gain proficiency in systematically defining requirements for new construction and renovation projects, crafting BIM-based and integrated orders. Additionally, acquire expertise in overseeing BIM-enabled project commissioning and execution, ensuring the delivery of high-caliber outcomes. Furthermore, learn to effectively specify, procure, and manage the digitization and data utilization of existing assets, enhancing operational efficiency and performance optimization. This CAS can be attended individually or be credited to the Master of Advanced Studies program (in planning).
