CAS Digital Construction 3 – Collaboration and management
The CAS is aimed at specialists and managers who want to acquire future-oriented digital skills in the area of collaboration and management of construction projects or entire sites.

Course Presentation
This course empowers participants to leverage new digital processes and technologies effectively for their organization or construction project. Participants develop skills in integrated project management methods such as Design-Build, IPD, and SAFe, along with Design-Thinking approaches, agile practices, and Lean Management. They also learn to evaluate data-driven processes and classify digital ecosystems, ensuring sustainable value creation throughout the value chain. This CAS can be attended individually or be credited to the Master of Advanced Studies program (in planning).
