THRIVE4women Programme supports women in non-STEM fields to pursue STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Maths) careers and businesses including those in Deep Tech domains. The programme is built on three pillars – Capability, Connections and Confidence.

THRIVE4women Execute (Jan-Mar) introduces women to key New Product Development topics in STEM providing a high level overview to demystify this area for women new to this sector.

It introduces women to key topics in New Product Development in STEM – Design for Manufacture, Supply Chain, Operations Management, Procurement, Finance, Lean/Six Sigma, Regulations/Standards, Product Testing, Data Analytics, Project Management, Digitalisation and Technology Partners.

This course develops leadership skills to prepare women for leading a team or a business in STEM including Deep Tech with confidence – Managing Conflict and Negotiations, Power of Networking, Leadership Styles & Managing Others, Developing your Leadership VOICE.

Deep Tech domains covered in the course include data analytics, GDPR, medical devices, AI-powered software, advanced digital solutions, 3D Printing and sustainable energy.

The programme is supported with networking events, 1:1 mentoring and industry expert talks.
