We would like to draw your attention to the EIT Alumni CONNECT 2024 event, being held in Alicante, Spain on 4 October in a one-of-a-kind cooperation with the European Union Intellectual Property Office’s (EUIPO).
This is the flagship event of the EIT Alumni community, and aims to reconnect, inspire, and empower the largest community of innovators and entrepreneurs emerging from EIT Knowledge and Innovation Communities (KICs) education, innovation and business creation programmes.
The theme of this year’s CONNECT is collaboration and competitiveness.

Green transition in healthcare
Following the CONNECT 2024 event, there is an additional community networking event on Saturday 5 October, also in Alicante, to discuss one of the main challenges of radical collaboration within healthcare: Green Transition.
The day highlight the need and impact of a greener healthcare system, the challenges and solutions for sustainable practices, and actionable ideas that can be implemented within the community to encourage and promote green transition in healthcare, e.g., green procurement, or eco-friendly medical devices.
