EIT Deep Tech Talent announces winners of Call for Training Proposals 2024

This year, 97 consortia, representing multiple organisations from across Europe, participated in the EIT Deep Tech Talent Initiative’s Call for Training Proposals 2024. The Call recognises Europe’s leading organisations dedicated to advancing skills, fostering diverse training collaborations, and creating inclusive deep tech programmes, and we are thrilled to be able to announce the names of the 2024 winners.

After rigorous evaluation, 15 project consortia, comprising 42 organisations from 21 countries, were selected and received a total funding of EUR 2,203,391.50 to create and deliver their training and skills development programmes.

The funded projects aim to train at least 7,500 more learners across the following deep tech areas:

    • AI-assisted Software Engineering for Quantum Computing and Post-Quantum-Cryptography
    • Advanced End-to-end Quantum Computing Technical course
    • Micro-credential in Being Quantum-Ready: challenges and opportunities
  • Cybersecurity
    • CyberShield Innovators: Pioneering the Future of Digital Security
    • Trust4Future: Trust, Identity and Privacy
  • Materials  
    • Deep-tech driven inclusive and socially-aware circular material joining & welding
  • Robotics
    • Robotics in Space: From Basics to Cutting-Edge Applications and Technological Synergies
  • Clean Tech       
    • Clean Tech Academy
  • Semiconductors
    • Chip-in: equipping tomorrow’s leaders of the European Semiconducting Industry.
  • Immersive Tech 
    • Deep Tech Brain: Virtual Reality, Artificial Intelligence, Neuroimaging and Neuromodulation
