Our motivation to join the Deep Tech Talent Pledge is driven by our commitment to innovation and sustainability in the automotive sector. We aim to bridge the skills gap in battery technology and electric drivetrain competence through our training programs, such as HVTT. Joining the Pledge will provide international exposure, networking opportunities, and access to exclusive resources, enhancing our impact.
Our program HVTT is co-developed with European Battery Alliance and EIT Manufacturing.
