Our pledge
Our motivation to join the DTTI comes from our commitment to advancing space exploration and robotics and bridging the gap between industry and academia. Our team brings specialized knowledge and hands-on experience in robotics and engineering projects, proved by our success at the European Rover Challenge 2023 where with our rover TALOS, we won 1st prize in the Science Task and 7th out of 56 registered teams. By joining the DTTI, we pledge to continue our journey of innovation and excellence in deep tech (robotics, space, AI, etc.) contributing to the initiative’s goals and promote the field of space exploration through educational activities (such as seminars, workshops, trainings and new hands on projects). Beyond Orbit is a voluntary, not for profit organization, that aims to give opportunities to students (undergraduate, postgraduate, PhD), graduates and young professionals to participate in unique hands-on projects that combine space and innovation. Our project Beyond Robotics, was the 1st Greek team to design and develop a rover to participate in the international competition of space robotics European Rover Challenge (ERC).
