Our motivation to join the Deep Tech Talent Initiative (DTTI) stems from a commitment to advancing healthcare through the integration of cutting-edge technologies. By joining the DTTI, we aim to collaborate with like-minded institutions to foster an ecosystem where deep tech skills are at the forefront of medical education. We recognize the transformative potential of deep tech in medical education and practice, and we are dedicated to preparing future healthcare professionals to harness these innovations effectively, ultimately improving patient outcomes and advancing the field.

About
BSMU has over 80 years of history and holds one of the leading positions in higher medical education in Ukraine. There are 6 faculties, 46 academic departments of basic and clinical sciences, and the Institute of postgraduate education. BSMU has more then 1000 employees, education fields – Medicine, Nursing, Pharmacy, Medical Psychology, Dentistry. University occupies 13 academic buildings, and university centres and clinical departments are based in 32 Health care facilities in Chernivtsi, Ukraine. The main development strategy of BSMU is strengthening the capacity of the academic staff, development of university clinical and training centres to provide high-quality training at the undergraduate and postgraduate level and generation of competitive on the labour market health care professionals.
