Clust-ER Innovate strongly believe that education and training are the cornerstones of innovation and competitiveness. We see deep tech education as a key driver for regional and European economic growth. Our motivation to foster jounger and elder talents in joing the STEM field is driven by the urgent need to bridge the skills gap in tech and deep tech fields. We want to ensure that businesses and professionals can fully leverage cutting-edge technologies such as artificial intelligence, advanced manufacturing, and digital transformation. Clust-ER Innovate is an association of approximately 130 members, including SMEs, research centers, training institutions, laboratories of the High Technology Network, and international companies. Our mission is to foster innovation and competitiveness within the regional and European ecosystem by strengthening deep tech education and bridging the skills gap in key technological fields. We support the growth of high level education initiatives and provide dissemination events that empower both emerging talent and experienced professionals, ensuring they remain at the forefront of technological advances.
