Our pledge
While supporting deep-tech founders in 1:1 mentoring and co-founder relationship workshops, we’ve noticed that the long-term nature of the business development cycle adds extra pressure on the founders’ mental well-being and leadership skills (both self-leadership and team leadership) level requirements.
As we’ve accumulated know-how on approaches, tools and methods that support these needs, we want to support more deep-tech founders in these areas through online trainings.
Also, we want to contribute to the economic well-being of the EU, as we believe that deep-tech companies can considerably contribute to wealth and value creation, which is the basis of the state’s sustainable development.

Cocoon Program supports founders and leaders to

– align work with authentic desires, values, and purpose.
We provide recorded guidance programs, individual mentoring, and transformative events.
Our team and mentors (15 people) are experienced entrepreneurs and leaders with extensive backgrounds in self-discovery. Our approach is based on decades of business expertise and psychological and intuitive insights.
