Our pledge
GrantXpert is committed to implementing actions fostering the skills needed in today’s labour market due to the rapid changes in technology. GrantXpert has implemented to date several EU funded projects focused on the identification of deep tech training needs and the development of tailored training programmes targeting graduates and young workers. For example, GrantXpert is the coordinator of the Level Up project (https://levelup-skills.eu/ ) funded by the Digital Europe Programme that aims to empower the current workforce of European SMEs in digital competencies, through the development and provision of short-term training courses focusing on the latest developments in key ICT capacity areas. We also coordinate the CONVERT project (https://convert-project.eu/) that aims to design and deliver a reskilling programme in the form of short-term training modules enhancing the digital skills needed by today’s digital economy, to reskill recent non-ICT graduates and upskill junior employees (up to 2 years of working experience) towards emerging jobs or new tasks in their jobs.

GrantXpert Consulting is a Cypriot-based SME, with a cumulative expertise of more than 30 years in adults/VET training and consulting services for the utilisation of European, structural and national funding programmes. GX has trained more than 5000 individuals for upskilling and reskilling purposes, giving emphasis on leadership and employability/career skills, financial literacy, business plan development and enhancement of entrepreneurial, transversal and digital skills.
