Gresys Hub is committed to empowering individuals with the skills and knowledge required to thrive in the rapidly evolving tech landscape. Our mission aligns perfectly with the EIT Deep Tech Talent Initiative’s goal of fostering a skilled workforce adept in cutting-edge technologies and entrepreneurial ventures. By joining the pledge, we aim to contribute to a collaborative effort that bridges the gap between emerging technological needs and the availability of qualified professionals. Our courses are designed for people without previous tech experience or education, and aim to give an opportunity for those who attend to start a new promising career on tech field.

Our contribution will mainly focus on providing innovative courses and bootcamps that will provide students with essential skills in programming, data analytics, artificial intelligence, and digital literacy, combined with entrepreneurial skills to prepare participants for both employment and launching their own startups. Our educational methodology emphasizes practical, hands-on learning experiences that are inclusive and tailored to the unique needs of each participant. We believe that fostering a diverse and inclusive learning environment is crucial for the development of a robust tech talent pipeline. We also plan to create courses that bring more interest to women about tech fields, reducing gender inequalities in the tech world.

By joining the EIT Deep Tech Talent Initiative, Gresys Hub is dedicated to contributing to the cultivation of a diverse, skilled, and future-ready workforce.
