Our pledge
At Impulse4Women, our motivation to join the Pledge is grounded in our commitment to fostering innovation and supporting women in deep tech sectors. By joining the Deep Tech Talent Initiative (DTTI), we aim to amplify our efforts in bridging the gender gap and growing a vast pool of talent in technology. We contribute in different ways:

2. Workshops and hackathons: We organize and host various workshops and hackathons, partnering with universities and companies. The challenges we organize aim to boost innovation and improve the HR department. Our hackathons engage Gen-Z talent both on-site and online, fostering success in the dynamic business landscape.

3. Networking opportunities: we participate and co-organize networking online or offline events that connect women in deep tech with industry leaders, potential investors, and peers. These events foster collaboration and open doors to new opportunities. Among our events we hosted: Women forum, EBAN pitching sessions, WEGate (by the European Commission) and much more.

4. About
Impulse4Women emerged from a crucial realization in July 2017 during discussions with women investors in Spain. It became evident that only four General Partners in the Venture Capital realm were female. This revelation underscored the disparities women entrepreneurs faced compared to their male counterparts when engaging with investors. In response, Impulse4Women was born, officially established as a brand in September of the same year. Our mission was clear: to bridge the gap by supporting women-led startups in the technology sector. We began by actively seeking out such start ups, signaling our intent to facilitate connections with investors. Concurrently, we assembled an extensive Advisory Board comprising both seasoned and emerging voices to champion the advancement of women in entrepreneurship. Impulse4Women offers a comprehensive suite of services tailored to the needs of early-stage women-led startups. From hackathons and workshops to private pitching sessions and mentorship programs, we provide the necessary resources for growth and development. Our aim is not only to secure funding for women entrepreneurs but also to nurture sustainable business expansion. Through strategic partnerships with NGOs and European allies, we have spearheaded numerous initiatives aimed at empowering women in business. Since our inception, our community has flourished, boasting over 11,000 startups globally, with a strong focus on the European region. This milestone not only signifies our growth but also our expanded capacity to offer diverse services and extend our impact.
