Our pledge
The influence of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in Education is becoming increasingly evident by reshaping traditional learning models and opening up new possibilities and prospects. AI promises to revolutionize the way knowledge is transmitted and received. However, this also raises ethical dilemmas associated with the use of new technology.
The Institute of Educational Policy (IEP), in the light of the aforementioned issues, aims at:
(i) keeping the educational community informed about the current trends in the field of Artificial Intelligence(AI) in Education
(ii) empowering the educational community to explore the application of AI in the classroom and to study the opportunities it offers, taking into account that the transformative potential of AI must be guided by the principles of equal opportunities and human-centered values.

The Institute of Educational Policy (IEP) is an executive, scientific and research body that supports the Ministry of Education, Religious Affairs and Sports as well as the supervised bodies in matters related to primary and secondary education, teacher training, the transition from secondary to Higher Education, post-secondary education, the confrontation of educational inequalities, student dropout and early school leaving aiming at the assurance of every child’s right to education.
