We see the EIT Deep Tech Talent Initiative as a vital platform to nurture talent that will shape the future of technology and innovation in Europe and beyond.

As an Education and Training provider, MSCOMM is poised to bring a wealth of experience and expertise to the EIT Deep Tech Talent Initiative. Our contributions will include:

1. Customized Training Programs: Leveraging our deep understanding of strategic communication and market dynamics, we will design and deliver training programs that equip deep tech talents with essential skills in communication, strategic thinking, and innovation management. These programs will be tailored to meet the specific needs of deep tech professionals, ensuring they can effectively communicate their ideas and drive their projects to success.

2. Workshops and Seminars: We will organize workshops and seminars in collaboration with our network of national and multinational clients, public institutions, and trade associations. These events will provide deep tech talents with valuable insights into real-world applications of their skills and foster networking opportunities with industry leaders.

3. Collaborative Projects with European Institutions: Building on our long-standing collaboration with key European Institutions such as the European Parliament, European Commission, and European Investment Bank, we will facilitate projects that allow deep tech talents to engage directly with these institutions. This will provide them with a unique perspective on the intersection of technology and policy, enhancing their ability to navigate and influence the regulatory landscape.

4. Engagement with International Organizations: Through our collaborations with international organizations like the United Nations and USAID, we will create opportunities for deep tech talents to participate in global projects that address pressing challenges. This will broaden their horizons and expose them to diverse perspectives and innovative solutions.
