Our pledge
Since 2009 – we have shaped the high-tech and deep-tech landscape in the heart of Europe as a bridge-builder between startups, SMEs, corporates, academia, and politics. As technologists, scientists, engineers, and marketing specialists, we are more than curious about deep-tech and its potential: We see deep-tech as one answer to global challenges such as climate change, sustainable energy production, and resilient supply chains. In our definition, deep-tech is a crucial and fundamental element for our future prosperity in the European Union. Our drive is to connect and educate as many personalities and institutions as possible about the urgency and importance of high-tech and deep-tech developments but also to provide in-depth research and first-hand content in deep-tech domains. Our media channels to contribute deep-tech knowledge to a broad audience contain conferences, newsletters, hard-cover magazines, online coachings/webinars, physical workshops, events, and in-depth training.

For example, we will have educated 150+ entrepreneurs by 2025 with the high-tech and deep-tech accelerator HIGH-TECH.NRW. We aim to make a relevant contribution to promoting talent in industrial high-tech and deep-tech fields through entrepreneurial education and orchestrating relevant business knowledge from established industries to new ventures.

Another example is the Digital Twin Academy, where NMWP is training corporate and entrepreneurial employees regarding the opportunities of Cyber-Physical Systems. By 2025, the program will have educated 1200+ people about digitizing physical assets.
