Our pledge
OctaInsight believes in technology as a tool to understand and find solutions to challenges facing our society. This aligns with the objectives of the new European Innovation agenda and the EIT Tech talent initiative.

In this context, OctaInsight sees the EIT Tech Talent Initiative as a starting point to enable the EU to lead and be at the forefront of the Deep Tech wave. As an opportunity, OctaInsight would like to help the EU and the EIT achieve the different goals of the new European Innovation agenda, including training 1000,000 talents in the field of Deep Tech.

Although OctaInsight is a small startup that was established in 2022, it will contribute by training the majority of its employees (3 people). However, its major contribution is to produce educational materials and train students, academics, and non-academics from different universities. Here, OctaInsight aims to train more than 750 people (until June 2024) within the framework of the EIT HEI Initiative, where OctaInsight is a partner in the BOOSTalent project, an EIT HEI project.

Our aim is to utilize AI, big data analytics, and GIS to create tangible solutions that advance us towards a more sustainable and environmentally conscious world. This encompasses developing AI algorithms, providing comprehensive educational materials & opportunities, and effectively exploiting the outcomes of AI- and sustainability-related projects. We firmly believe that by harnessing technology, we can significantly influence the global sustainability landscape.
