Our pledge
Our motivation to join the Pledge stems from our commitment to empowering Albania’s tech ecosystem through education and innovation. By participating in the Deep Tech Talent Initiative, we aim to provide cutting-edge training in emerging technologies, bridging the gap between academic learning and industry demands. Our contribution includes offering specialized courses, workshops, and mentorship programs focused on AI, cybersecurity, and digital transformation. About
Protik is an independent ICT center in Albania, founded in 2012 by AADF and the Ministry for Innovation, with contributions from USAID, AADF, Microsoft, CISCO, Albtelecom, and the Albanian Government. Its mission is to boost ICT demand, strengthen capacities, and foster cooperation among private, public, and educational sectors. Protik supports entrepreneurs with resources, tech access, and training, promoting innovation, networking, and market growth. The center aims to become Albania’s ICT hub, offering skills development and incubation to drive entrepreneurship and sustain SME growth.
