Seed Capital Pro is highly motivated to join the Pledge for Deep Tech Talents, as we believe in the power of education and training in the deep tech sector. Our commitment to education is demonstrated through our active role in training businesses and collaborating with universities to develop and deliver courses, master’s programs, seminars, and workshops. For instance, we are launching a Master’s program “Sport analytics and AI for the sport management” in October, designed to explore the intersection of artificial intelligence and the sports industry, providing in-depth knowledge and practical skills to our students.
At Seed Capital Pro, we understand the critical importance of equipping the next generation with the skills needed to navigate and lead in the rapidly evolving tech landscape. Our contributions to the Pledge for Deep Tech Talents will include developing comprehensive courses and training programs in deep tech areas, leveraging our industry expertise and academic collaborations. Additionally, we will organize and host workshops and seminars focused on key aspects of deep tech, such as AI ethics, digital transformation, and sustainability in technology, designed to foster knowledge sharing and skill development among participants.
We also provide specialized training programs for businesses, helping them to understand and implement AI and other advanced technologies responsibly. Our training modules are tailored to address the unique challenges and opportunities faced by different industries. Furthermore, we collaborate with universities to enhance their curriculum and offer practical insights from the industry, ensuring that academic programs remain relevant and aligned with the latest technological advancements and market needs.
By joining the Pledge, Seed Capital Pro aims to support the Deep Tech Talent Initiative’s goal of training one million people in deep tech between 2023 and 2025. We are committed to playing an active role in shaping a skilled and responsible workforce that can drive innovation and ethical technology adoption.
