Our pledge
SHELEADS+ Global Foundation, through its network and capacity to empower women, pledges to ensure Deep Tech talents are cultivated internationally with an emphasis on marginalized communities of women. Together with partners, SHELEADS+ will help raise awareness about the potential of deep tech as well as train talents to leverage this potential.

About
SHELEADS+ Global Foundation, a spinout of Erasmus Centre for Entrepreneurship, works with local partners to empower communities of women worldwide through data-driven insights and local community development. Through collaborative training programmes and raising awareness, SHELEADS+ specifically aims to empower women in deep tech with the Deep Tech Talent community.
