Our pledge
Our motivation to join the Deep Tech Talent Initiative (DTTI) stems from our commitment to fostering digital literacy and advancing the ICT sector in Kosovo. By participating in the DTTI, SHPIK aims to enhance our efforts in developing cutting-edge educational programs and certifications that meet international standards.
Our contributions include:
– Developing ICT curricula for VET schools in Kosovo, ensuring students are equipped with the skills needed for the digital economy.
– Partnering with code.org to promote coding education across K-12 levels, as highlighted in our ongoing coding curricula development initiative with the Ministry of Education, Science, Technology, and Innovation (MESTI).
– Implementing the DUAL VET Model, which integrates practical assignments with academic learning, preparing students for real-world challenges.
– Advancing digital security through our SHPIK ISO 27001 Accreditation Initiative, aimed at establishing local certification standards.
