Our pledge
SmartGuide provides advanced technology services to travel industry partners. The interest in our solutions is enormous, as evidenced by the involvement of 7 national tourism organisations and various local government units at regional, municipal and local level in our digitisation projects.

Recently, we have started to offer our partners training courses focused on tourism and AI-driven management. The technology gap is widening and we therefore consider it extremely important not only to develop the technology but also to enable practitioners to use it effectively.

Our SmartGuide travel platform is open to everyone. Our board of external authors is made up of university students with a focus on tourism. We work with universities to provide a space for students to create content, using AI tools as well.

Given the growing importance of technology in the tourism industry, we felt it necessary to create a course focused on AI copywriting and AI destination management using big data analytics. We want to offer this course to students, tourism workers, and university staff.

The following demonstration is a basic chapter designed for Czech destinations, which has the potential to grow into a full-fledged educational programme in cooperation with technology and tourism experts.
