Our pledge
SCE is an active participant and driver of entrepreneurial activities on both regional and international levels. In close collaboration with universities from Germany and Europe, we have co-designed and driven a variety of entrepreneurship, open innovation, and co-creation programs, training and formats towards advancing entrepreneurial spirit, equipping talent with necessary skills for the future, and supporting them in venture creation and B2B co-creation. Our guiding principle is to advance a systemic approach to resolving complex problems which necessitates an interdisciplinary and hands-on approach. We believe the deep tech talent initiative is an initiative close to our core principles which addresses the skills of current and future talent in a holistic manner. As our programs and trainings address the deep tech talent initiative in the way prescribed: we bring entrepreneurial know-how to heavy technical departments and on the other hand we diversify existing entrepreneurial content with relevant deep tech domains and skills and knowledge. Our programs from 2022 heavily focus on deep tech domains and we have scaled the same across Germany and Europe. We believe that by joining the pledge and community of pledgers we can further support the advancement of talents in Europe, learn from like-minded educators and providers as well as further improve our existing offerings.

That’s why, as the Entrepreneurship Center at the HM University of Munich, we offer educational and research programs in the field of entrepreneurship together with our regional and international partners. To this end, we promote start-ups as well as innovation processes and the development of entrepreneurial personalities.
