Our pledge
CEPIS wishes to join the EIT Deep Tech Talent Pledge to actively contribute to fostering deep tech talent across Europe. By aligning with this initiative, CEPIS can play a pivotal role in addressing the growing demand for skilled professionals in emerging technologies. Through sharing the courses and education activities of its Member Societies, CEPIS can enhance its efforts in advancing digital skills development, promoting innovation, and ensuring Europe’s competitiveness in the global tech landscape. Since the Member Societies operate on a national level, our sharing of their activities will provide country-specific opportunities for training and education.

CEPIS is the representative body of national informatics associations throughout greater Europe. CEPIS promotes best practice for IT professionals and users throughout Europe by advocating for high standards to further mature and promote IT professionalism; building gender balance in IT industry, advocating for a digitally competent and skilled general workforce and encouraging secure, ethical, inclusive and environmentally friendly application of IT in Europe.
