Our pledge
The EIT Deeptech initiative as a pioneering programme led by the EIT is a great & necessary initiative with an ambitious yet achievable target of training one million people in deep tech. The Data Tank, as a grass-root non-profit think and do tank is eager to contribute to this target via offering training courses to broaden the data horizon by adding the data stewardship skills to the radar. In addition, TDT is eager to join the Pledge as it provides access to a broad tech community across different industries, and that is exactly how TDT wants to promote the role/function of data stewardship. By joining the Pledge, we are joining forces with change makers to further the common good together!

About
As we approach a new era, marked by advancements such as ChatGPT and other generative AI, it’s time to re-frame our approach to data and reconsider existing frameworks that guide its use. These advancements provide the rationale for The Data Tank (TDT). TDT is a think and do tank. We work with people around the world to unlock data’s potential: gathering, accessing, and re-using it responsibly, so we’re all better equipped to tackle the pressing issues of our time. We do so via the following two programs: Data Stewardship & Social License.
