Our pledge
Women are still severely underrepresented in management positions as well as in tech roles – making up only 22% of women in tech roles in Europe – although studies have already shown that (gender) diversity increases the working atmosphere, employee satisfaction, innovation and economic success in companies.
The gender leadership gap is a deeply anchored structural problem in our society and needs to be tackled across different dimensions.

The female factor is a global career- and HR platform, working across multiple layers towards equality: individual (supporting women in their (career) development), organizational/structural (working with companies to be more inclusive) and societal level (awareness).

By joining this pledge, the female factor commits itself to continuously provide training programs for female talents across the world in order to contribute to its mission of bringing more women in tech roles and decision-making positions and ultimately closing the gender leadership gap.

About
The female factor is a global career & HR platform aiming to close the gender leadership gap. The organization equips the next generation of female leaders with the necessary skills, resources, and opportunities to get a seat at the decision-making table through various programs such as mentoring, leadership & career trainings, events as well as access to influential networks. Moreover, the female factor launched Europe’s first job platform, connecting female talents with inclusive employers, and supports companies in achieving their diversity goals.
