Our pledge
From the beginning, UiPath was committed to be an open company, providing unlimited access to its products. In 2017, after identifying a skills gap for automation professionals, UiPath Academy was established as the first free digital learning platform for upskilling and reskilling in automation. 6 years later, not only we maintained our commitment of offering access to our technology and the educational means of becoming proficient, but we continue to invest in it. As of 2023, we have more than 1.6 million registered users, 400 courses in 10 languages and complete learning journeys for 10 automation roles.

Our flagship educational offering is the Automation Developer training (https://academy.uipath.com/learning-plans/uipath-advanced-rpa-developer-certification-training), a complete offering for people to reskill/upskill to become one of the fastest-growing roles on the tech market: Automation Developers.

Our current strategy is to develop complete learning journeys for all the roles who are expected to work with automation and lowering the entry barrier in the world of automation.
