Our pledge
Taking into account all the Deep Tech domains where University of Aveiro acts and promotes, it is an institutional commitment to bring the knowledge within these areas into the University courses (in all the 3 cycles), together with the translation of the educational and research works into added-values to the Society, both at regional/national as well as international domains.

About
Created in 1973, the University of Aveiro is based on a matrix structure, integrating the university and polytechnic education sub-systems, with a permanent interaction between its various units, services and other structures. The University fosters interdisciplinarity and flexibility through the organisation and management of its activities and objectives, as well as openness to society and close links to the local business environment.
