Our pledge
ULB is interested in joining the EIT Deep Tech Talent Initiative pledge to enhance its role in AI education and research, particularly focusing on the Brussels SME community – through FARI its AI institute with VUB. The initiative aligns with ULB’s mission to bridge the AI knowledge gap and foster responsible AI use. By participating, ULB aims to create an inclusive, human-centric curriculum, support ethical AI standards, and promote continuous learning and innovation in the region. This commitment underscores ULB’s dedication to societal impact and technological advancement .

With one third of its students and researchers from abroad, the Université libre de Bruxelles (ULB) is among the most multicultural Belgian universities.
