Specifically, the project proposes a soothing hand to public servants, especially administrative officials and all those involved in the day-to-day operations of local government bodies to integrate AI for improved service delivery and operational efficiency. Our objective is to Design and develop eLearning concerning fundamental AI modules to teach essential concepts, along with modules applying these concepts to real-world scenarios. This could involve topics like optimizing public resources with AI, and using AI for decision support in policymaking. We intend to Integrate interactive elements such as simulations, scenario-based learning activities, and case studies derived from real-world examples within public administration. We are also certified experts in integrating AI curriculum into a user-friendly and cost-effective LMS (Moodle) that supports customization, scalability, and security. Our proposed projects will specifically target women because of the strong gender gap present in the field of AI. WIDE Services has a solid track record as a Premium Moodle Certified Services Regional Provider based in Athens, Greece. The company specializes in comprehensive e-learning solutions and is recognized for its expertise in Moodle LMS production, including hosting, customization, and support. WIDE Services holds six ISO certifications and is GDPR compliant with an in-house Data Protection Officer (DPO). The company has been awarded Moodle Educator Partner of the Year twice. WIDE Services offers a range of educational technology services, including the development of innovative training content; integration of gamification, mobile learning solutions, and STEM editors; production of custom learning analytics, web applications, websites, and graphic designs. In research and policy, WIDE Services is actively contributing to the digital skills landscape.
