Our pledge
Our motivation to join the EIT Deep Tech Talent Initiative Pledge stems from our commitment to advancing technological education and fostering an inclusive environment in the AI field. By joining this initiative, we aim to contribute to the collective goal of preparing 1,000,000 deep tech innovators in Europe, enhancing the skills and opportunities for future generations.

Our Contributions:
1. MOOC for Connecting Women & STEM: We developed a MOOC to encourage and support women in STEM fields, promoting diversity and inclusivity in technology education (https://fostwom.eu/).
2. BPI Infância Project: We are working on a prototype for a classroom deployment of an LLM-based programming assistant, enhancing the educational experience through advanced AI tools (https://mia.xval.ai).
3. Flipped Classroom Courses for TreeTree2.School: We created innovative flipped classroom courses for TreeTree2, an NGO founded by us, which teaches STEM to children, fostering early interest and skills in technology (https://treetree2.school).

Through these initiatives, we demonstrate our dedication to educational excellence and social inclusion, aligning perfectly with the mission of the EIT Deep Tech Talent Initiative.
